まず、電波が受信可能かどうかをご確認くください。(説明書P110)
リューズの下のところのボタンを先のとがったもので1回押して、秒針が10秒であれば受信できます。受信できない場合は、連絡ください。
受信できるようであれば、時差の設定をしてください。(説明書P118)
リューズの下のところのボタンを8秒押して離します。次にそのボタンを1回づつ押して、秒針を56秒のところに合わせます。56秒は、お客様が住んでいるエリア(NY)のサマータイムです。
これで一度試してみてください。

First of all, please check wether you can receive radio. (manual page 110)
Please press the place under the crown once with a pointed object. When the second hand indicates 10 seconds, you can receive radio. If you are not able to, please let me know.
If you can, please set the time difference. (manual page 118)
Please press the button under the crown for 8 seconds and release it. Then press the button once each time until the second hand comes to 56 minutes. The 56 minutes is summer time in your vicinity area.
