1,刺繍の色が間違っている件
3月8日に私はピローケースにネイビー糸で刺繍を入れてくれと注文しました。
その注文のインボイスにはネイビーの刺繍と記載されています。
しかし、本日受け取った商品を見ると、白い糸で刺繍されていました。
写真を添付したので見て下さい。
なるべく早めに正しい色で刺繍した商品を送って下さい。

3月9日に送った、"〇〇"というタイトルのメールは読んでくれていますか？

On March 8th I ordered a pillowcase, asking an embroidery in navy to be inserted.
The invoice of the order says "navy embroidery".
However, I took a look at the product that arrived today, and it has a white-thread embroidery.
