I have known K since he started working for my company in 2004. I still clearly remember the day he came to see me for interview. He looked into my eyes straight and told me: "I would like to gain experience in this company; then, I am going to launch my own start-up company." A few years later, he realized what he said. I was amazed with his ability to follow up. Right after he joined my company, he was in charge of marketing for an online job search website called Aweb. Since I trusted his ability in leadership, I made him in charge of planning functions for X.
