「将来の目標なんて決められない。目標を見つけられたとしても、行きたい会社に落とされたら実現できない」
こんな風に言っている学生さんに、たまに出会います。
しかしこれは本当でしょうか？
みなさんの将来の目標は、１つや２つの「第一志望企業」に落ちたくらいで
実現できなくなるのでしょうか？
この発言の問題点は３つあります
●自分の将来の目標の「本質」部分が見えていない
●１つのプランがうまくいかなかった時の「代替案」が考えられていない
●自分の夢のはずなのに、企業に依存しすぎている

"I can't determine my future goal. Even if I can, I won't be able to realize it without being hired by the company I'd like to work for." Time to time, I would hear something like this from students looking for jobs.
But, is this true? Is it not possible to realize your goal if your "dream company" doesn't hire you?
There are 3 problems in this logic:
● You don't really understand the true nature of your goal.
● You are lacking "Plan B" in case your original plan doesn't work out.
● You are depending on company too much when it is supposed to be "your" goal.
