　ナツメが何も言わずに付き添うと、ヒイラギは申し訳なさそうに「ありがとう」と小さく笑った。

ミズキ：「見えないって、大変なんですね」

ナツメ：「こら、ミズキくん」

ミズキ：「え、あ、すみません………っ！」

ヒイラギ：「気にしなくていいよ。率直な感想だろうから」

ヒイラギ：「確かに見えないのは困るし悲しいけれど、触れ合えば相手の存在がわかるし、声で誰かを探すこともできる。足音さえ聞こえれば、独りではないって安心できるよ」
