商品が届かないのだが、なにか問題でもありますか？商品は発送しましたか？発送済みなのか、そうでないのか、メールをください。何も連絡がないのでわかりません。オーダーナンバーは#1028と#1057です。まだ未発送ならば、それぞれの商品発送を一緒にしてほしいです。またその際に、すでに支払った2回分の送料（＄20×2）を1回分にして精算してほしいです。

The items I ordered still do not arrive. Is there any problem? Did you ship the items already? Please let me know at least whether you have shipped or not. I cannot know the status if you do not contact me any way. The order numbers are #1028 and #1057. If you are yet to ship them please ship the both items together in one package, and kindly please arrange the shipment fees which I have already paid you ($20×2) into one.
