こんにちは。先日カメラを落札していただき、ありがとうございました。
商品をすぐに発送したのですが、申し訳ありませんが、こちらに返送されてしまいました。カメラに同梱した予備のリチウムバッテリーが問題のようです。EMSの規則でリチウムバッテリーはカメラに入れている物だけしか送れないそうです。予備のバッテリーを抜いて送るしかないようです。申し訳ありませんが予備バッテリー分として30USDをPayPalより返金しますので、バッテリーを抜いて再送させていただいてもよろしいでしょうか？

Good day. Thank you for bidding the camera a few days ago.
I sent the item to you immediately, but it was returned to me.
The lithium battery I enclosed must be a problem. According to regulation of EMS,
we can send this battery only when we put in the camera.
We can send only by removing the extra one. I hate to say, but I will refund you 30 US dollars via Paypal
for the amount of the extra battery. May I send you by removing the battery again?
