こんにちは。先日カメラを落札していただき、ありがとうございました。
商品をすぐに発送したのですが、申し訳ありませんが、こちらに返送されてしまいました。カメラに同梱した予備のリチウムバッテリーが問題のようです。EMSの規則でリチウムバッテリーはカメラに入れている物だけしか送れないそうです。予備のバッテリーを抜いて送るしかないようです。申し訳ありませんが予備バッテリー分として30USDをPayPalより返金しますので、バッテリーを抜いて再送させていただいてもよろしいでしょうか？

We appreciate for your bidding for the Camera, yesterday.
We have sent the camera but it has been returned here. We believe that there is an issue with lithium battery that has been packed with the camera.

According to the regulation of EMS, we can only send Lithium battery that is equipped in the camera. In other words,
we cannot send an additional Lithium battery that separately packed.

We apologize for this inconvenience, but if you do not mind would it be possible to send the camera without the
additional battery? We will refund USD 30.00 through your Paypal Account.

Once again, we are sorry for the inconvenience.
