社員やグループ会社への情報発信を英語できるようになる必要がある。

社員が誰でもある程度のレベルの英文で情報発信できるようにする。基本は個人の英語能力の向上を目指すべきである。しかし一方で「だれでも英語で発信できる環境（システム）」には高い価値がある。（かつ、翻訳や英文作成に時間を掛けるのはナンセンスである。）

We will have to be able to send information in English to employees and group companies.

Any employee would have to be able to send information in English sentences with some level of English. Basically we need to aim for the improvement of each English skills. However, on the other hand there is a high value on the environment(system) where anyone can send information in English. (At the same time, it is nonsense to spend much time on translation and making English sentences.)
