社員やグループ会社への情報発信を英語できるようになる必要がある。
社員が誰でもある程度のレベルの英文で情報発信できるようにする。基本は個人の英語能力の向上を目指すべきである。しかし一方で「だれでも英語で発信できる環境（システム）」には高い価値がある。（かつ、翻訳や英文作成に時間を掛けるのはナンセンスである。）

It is necessary to send information to staffs and affiliates in English.
Every staff must become communicate in fairly good English. Basically, each individuals should improve their English ability. However, the situation (or system) where everybody can communicate in English is precious. (In addition, it is ridiculous that staffs take long time to do translation or compose English messages.
