社員やグループ会社への情報発信を英語できるようになる必要がある。

社員が誰でもある程度のレベルの英文で情報発信できるようにする。基本は個人の英語能力の向上を目指すべきである。しかし一方で「だれでも英語で発信できる環境（システム）」には高い価値がある。（かつ、翻訳や英文作成に時間を掛けるのはナンセンスである。）

The employees ad Group company need to send information in English.
The employees will have to try to reach a certain level of English. At least, we should aim at enhancing each individual English ability. On the other hand, it is highly appreciated that we can create a pro-English environment.
(And save the time we need to hire a translator and English writer)
