保障を申請したい。売主に不良品の商品を返品をしたが、「液漏れの商品は返品不能」との理由で再度、運送業者から私に商品が返ってきた。売主は返金の意思があります。至急対応をお願いします。

I would like to make a warranty application. I have returned an item to the seller as the item was defective. However, the item was sent back to me from the shipping company with "the item with liquid spill cannot be returned" being the reason. The seller is willing to make a refund to me.
