こんにちは。
お問い合わせいただいた件ですが、我々は中古販売業者のため、個別の商品についてはあまり詳しくはわかりません。もちろん商品は中古専門店で厳重なチェックを受けているので問題はありません。
簡単な操作方法は分かりますが、英語でご説明できるほど英語も得意ではないので、下記のフォーラムサイト等を参考になさった方がよろしいかも知れません。

Regarding your asking, we are not so sure about each product because we are just a supplier of second hand items. Needless to say but, our products don't have any problem because they are checked strictly by suppliers which are specialized in handling used cars.
We can roughly tell you how to operate them but we recommend you to check the forum web site below because we are not so good at English that we cannot explain well enough to you.
