以前に購入しました○○のことで質問があります。届いたときにすぐに連絡をすればよかったのですが、届いた商品のうちいくつかがメールに添付しました写真のような液漏れをしている状態でした。商品やパッケージ、説明書が油のようなもので濡れていました。○○の中に含まれていた液が漏れてきている状態だと思いますが、これは商品の不具合でしょうか？それとも液漏れは問題なく、この油のような液は人体に影響のない無害なものでしょうか？ご回答お待ちしています。

I have an inquiry regarding ○○ which I bought before. I should have contacted you immediately after I received it, but some of the products were leaking as shown in the photo attached in the e-mail. The products, package and explanatory booklet were wet with something like oil. I believe the liquid contained in ○○ leaked, and wonder if the products have defects. Or, is this oil-like liquid harmless to human as the leak is not a problem?
