私はこの商品を4個購入し、商品を受け取りました。しかし届いた商品のうち3個はケースにヒビが入っている状態でした。私はこれをプレゼント用に購入しましたが、これではプレゼントすることができません。購入した商品代金の半額を返金していただきたいです。ご連絡お待ちしています。

I bought 4 of this item and recieved them.
But 3 of them which I recieved had cracks in the cases. I bought them for the presents but I can't give this to anyone in this condition.
I would like to get the half refund.
