私達は、御社との、契約内容と取引状況について審査中です。今日までの取引状況より、引き続き御社とタイにおける独占販売契約を継続していくことはほぼ不可能です。理由は契約数量に対し大幅な不足があるためです。御社より、タイの市場報告やセールスレポートを頂いていますが、私達としては、製品が150箱しか売れない市場に独占販売権を付与し続けることはできません。独占販売契約を解消後の状況を想定しても、この決定が覆ることは無いと思います。

The reason is that the contracted amount is very insufficient. We have received the Thailand market report and sales report from your company, but for us, we cannot continue the exclusive sales rights in a market where you can only sell 150 cases of our products. Even considering the conditions after the exclusive sales contract has been revoked, there is no reason to change this decision.
