たとえ出荷した本人の申し出でさえ、
発送後にはUSPSはそのラベルの変更はできませんと私達は言われてしまいました。
何度も交渉しました。しかし受けてもらえませんでした。

なんとか、ラベルの荷受人にA様に受け取ってもらえないでしょうか？

We tried to make them to do that again and again, but they did not accepted.

Is there any way to make A, the consignee receive it?
