先日、日本郵便のEMSで発送したところですが、中国の税関で荷物が止まっております。
日本からの個人輸入が増えたため、税関の検査が厳しくなったと聞いております。
最近の事例としては、税関からお客様にご連絡が行くようです。
その際、関税や消費税の納付の請求があるとのことですので、できるだけ早く対応されることをご期待申し上げます。
なお、急きょ、荷物の受け取りをキャンセルしたい場合は、税関にご連絡いただければ、当店に商品が返送となります。その後、当店からお客様に商品代金を返金いたします。

As personal imports from Japan increased, I head that customs inspection got severe.
Following recent examples, the customs contact customers.
In that case they charge tariff and consumption tax so I expect you to handle it as soon as possible.
Also, if you urgently cancel receipt of the item, please inform the customs so the item will be returned to our shop. After that we will make refund the amount of item to the customer.
