12月と1月は郵便物が非常に多いため、
どこの国でも商品の到着に遅延が発生しています。
なので、すみませんがもう少しお待ち下さい。

商品の到着までは、出荷後2～4週間かかります。
ただ、税関の検査で荷物が保留されるケースがあるため、最長で6～8週間かかる場合があります。
これは残念ながら、私たちにはどうすることもできません。

There is a delay on the delivery in December and January due to a large volume of the mails for any countries.
Please understand and wait for little longer.

It takes 2-4 weeks after the shipment for the delivery.
However, it can take up to 6-8 weeks because there are some cases where the packages are pending for the inspection at the custom.
Unfortunately, there nothing we can do for that situation.
