備考: 取引先の工場に改善のお願いを送りたいです

1つめは口紅です
最初の頃は透明感のある自然なピンクでした
しかし、今回の2件はマット感のあるピンクです
2つめは眉毛です
写真を見てわかるように、眉毛が下がっています
この2点の違いにお客様はかなりお怒りで、お顔の交換を希望されています
本来なら写真と違う場合は無償交換のお約束していましたが、最低限の費用は負担しますので2つの頭を次回の注文時に同封して下さい
あと、ここからが本題です
こうしてクレームもありましたが、私は商品自体は非常に素晴らしいものだと感じています

The first one concerns the lipstick.
At the beginning, the color was a transparent, natural pink.
However, the color on the products now is a matt pink.
The second one concerns the eyebrows.
Looking at the picture to understand, the eyebrows of the products are hanging down.
The customer is quite upset about those two differences and wants to have the faces replaced.
In case the product is the different from the picture, he made an arrangement that the replacement would be free of charge but as he's in charge of the minimum expenses, he would like you to enclose the two heads with his next order.
Now is my main question.
There has been such a complaint but I think that the products are extremely wonderful.
