最初の頃は透明感のある自然なピンクでした
しかし、今回の2件はマット感のあるピンクです
2つめは眉毛です
写真を見てわかるように、眉毛が下がっています
この2点の違いにお客様はかなりお怒りで、お顔の交換を希望されています
本来なら写真と違う場合は無償交換のお約束していましたが、最低限の費用は負担しますので2つの頭を次回の注文時に同封して下さい

こうしてクレームもありましたが、私は商品自体は非常に素晴らしいものだと感じています
