マニュアルの通し番号40ページなどに従って操作していただけないでしょうか。

・ソーラー充電を24時間行ってください。
・時差設定をしてみてください。
・電波受信を窓側で行ってください。
・電波受信中は12分間動かさないでください。

上記を試してもだめな場合は電波の自動受信が困難な地域と考えられます。

その場合は手動設定となりますが、それをお望みでない場合でも返品は可能です。
