A: 弊社では「どのデザイン」を「いつ公開したか」というログを厳格に管理しておりますので、仮に、第三者が本サイトのデザインをダウンロードして、意匠権の出願を行い、登録されてしまったとしても、その出願時点において既に本サイトで公開されていた（新規性は失われていた）ことを立証することにより、第三者の登録を「無効」にすることができると考えております。
