この度、デザイン業界に精通した担当弁理士と協議のうえ、知的財産の取扱いに関する規定を変更いたしました。主な変更内容は下記の通りです。

②知的財産の定義を明確化し、プロダクトのフォルムだけでなくいわゆるアイデア（ここではデザイン・コンセプトと呼びます）についても貢献を認める
③1つのプロダクトのデザイン・コンセプトやフォルムについて複数のユーザー様が貢献をしている場合は、各ユーザー様の寄与率を判断し、売上ロイヤリティは按分する

We have amended the rule of intellectual property handling based on our discussion with our patent attorney, who has seasoned knowledge about the design industry. Followings are the primary changed contents.

②We clearly articulate the definition of intellectual property and acknowledge your contribution including not only body shapes of products but also so-called idea (we call it design concept here.)
③In case many users contribute to design concept or body shape of one product, we prorate royalties from the sales result based on judgement of contributing rate of each user.
