This is the first time I have ever received an inquiry about a long stay. Of course, I will welcome you.
However, there are some things I would like to confirm with you.
First of all, regarding room cleaning. (garbage dumping)
Is it ok with you if I clean up your room once in a week (on any day Mon, Wed or Fri.) between 11:00 - 13:00?
If it is ok with you, could you please let me know which day is the best for you?
In the case that you will clean the room and dump garbage instead, I will make a discount of the cleaning fee.
