１２月１２日に注文した商品がまだ発送されていなかったので、注文されていないものと勘違いしてしまい、同じ商品を１２月１４日に注文してしまいました。１２月１４日に注文した商品をキャンセルしたいので、返金してください。

As the item I ordered in 12th Dec had not shipped yet, I reordered the same item in 14th Dec misunderstanding that I had not ordered yet that day. So I'd like cancel the order of 14th de Dec and I'd like you to refund me.
