CPのJoystick remoteが壊れた顧客は1年以上前にCPを購入してます。
Joystickが感度が悪くなってしまったようです。
何度も動作させるとたまに動くのですがとても反応が鈍いとのことでした。
通常使用で破損はありません。
御社に送って修理できますか？

新品購入は$229との事ですがもう少し安くなりませんか？
本体価格と比べると高すぎると思います。

BTは一度受け取ってから、返送したほうがいいですか？
それとも受け取らず、そのまま発送人に返送するように指示したほうがいいですか？

Customers whose Joy stick remote for CP broke, has purchased CP an year or more ago.
The sensitivity of the remote happens to get low.
It works sometimes after few tries, but still has low sensitivity.
There is no problem with normal usage.
Will you repair it if I send it to your company?

Purchasing a new one seems to cost 229 dollars, will it get cheaper?
I think it is expensive compaired to the body.

Should I receive the BT then send it back to you?
Or should I let the package sent directly back to the sender with out me receiving it?
