このたびは大変申し訳ありませんでした。つい先月、同じ商品を売ったばかりでしたので、新品と中古を入れ替えて発送してしまったのではないか、と思います。すでに新品であったものは別のお客様の手に渡っている為あなたに送るはずだった新品を送ることはできないのです。大変お手数ですが、返送おねがいできますでしょうか。もしくは、もし中古でも使っていただけるのであれば、私どもでは、この商品の中古は通常200ドルで販売しているため、迷惑料も含め、50ドル返金します。どちらがよろしいでしょうか。

I am truly sorry for what happened this time.
I probably shipped it by mistake switching new one and used one because I just sold the same product last month.
I'm afraid I can't ship that new one to you because it has been shipped to another person already.
it may be inconvenience for you but can you send it back to us? Or if you don't mind using the used one, I will refund you $50 as my apology, I usually sell the used one with $200.
