USING YOUR THERMOPHORE® AUTOMATIC MOIST HEAT PACKTM
1. Slide the heating unit into the special cotton-blend fleece outer cover. DO NOT use the heating unit without the fleece cover, and do not add additional layers of insulating cover.
DO NOT add any water to any part of the Thermophore® Automatic Moist Heat PackTM. The outer cover is designed to absorb moisture from the atmosphere between use, and release the moisture when the heat is activated. Your skin should feel slightly damp from the water vapor condensed during the treatment, but will not be dripping wet. If you feel your cover is no longer producing moisture, you may simply need to wash it, or to let it rest in an area of high humidity for a few hours.

サーモフォア自動温熱パックのご使用について
1．温熱装置を特製の綿入りフリースカバーに入れてください。ご使用の際には必ずフリースカバーに入れてください。他の絶縁カバーでさらに包むようなことはしないでください。サーモフォア自動温熱パックのどの部分にも水をかけないでください。アウターカバーはご使用前に大気から蒸気を吸収すようにデザインされており、ヒーターの動作により、蒸気を放出します。治療の際に濃縮された水蒸気により、肌に少し湿り気を感じるかもしれませんが、滴るほどではありません。カバーから蒸気がでなくなったら、カバーを洗っていただくか、または湿度の高い場所に２，３時間置いていただくだけで大丈夫です。
