USING YOUR THERMOPHORE® AUTOMATIC MOIST HEAT PACKTM
1. Slide the heating unit into the special cotton-blend fleece outer cover. DO NOT use the heating unit without the fleece cover, and do not add additional layers of insulating cover.
DO NOT add any water to any part of the Thermophore® Automatic Moist Heat PackTM. The outer cover is designed to absorb moisture from the atmosphere between use, and release the moisture when the heat is activated. Your skin should feel slightly damp from the water vapor condensed during the treatment, but will not be dripping wet. If you feel your cover is no longer producing moisture, you may simply need to wash it, or to let it rest in an area of high humidity for a few hours.

１温湿布本体をスペシャルフリースカバー（素材：コットン混紡）に入れてください。フリースカバーなしでの本体のご使用、また絶縁性のあるカバーを加えてのご使用はおやめください。
サーモフォア・オートマティックモイストヒートパックに決して水をかけないでください。
外カバーは使用中に空気から水分を吸収し、熱を帯びてくる際には湿気を発散するように設計されています。治療中、濃い水蒸気によるわずかな湿気を皮膚に感じますが、したたるほどの湿気ではありません。もしカバーが湿気を出さないようであれば、一度洗濯するか、数時間湿度の高い場所へ置く必要があります。
