私は○○（お店の名前）から同一商品を２回に分けて購入しています。添付した画像をご確認ください。オーダーNo.が▲と■で2回購入しています。つまり御社の倉庫には4個の商品が入った箱が2つ届かなくてはいけません。PACKAGE ID：☆ はそのうちの１つですので問題ありません。しかしもう１つのPACKAGE ID：♪ も4個商品が入っていなくてはいけません。これが本当に1個しか入っていなかったのか、それとも4個入っているのか、もう1度確認をして教えてください。

I mean 2 boxes that has 4 products reach your company's storehouse. Don't worry about PACKAGE ID:☆ because it's one of them. But another box with PACKAGE ID:♪ should also have 4 products. Please check again and tell me that whether it have only one product or 4.
