00用は、本当に急いでいるので、PLATEだけ送って貰えば、こちらにあるother partsと入れ替えて完成品にします。 という意味です。
ですので、入れ替えた物のinnerplateだけは、後日注文する事になると思います。
残りのお支払ですが、現在為替が、かなり円安になっているので
可能であれば、今週か来週のいいタイミングでお支払いさせて頂いてもいいですか。

It means that we are in hurry about 00 right now so if you send me only PLATE and I can exchange with other parts and complete it.
So only the exchanged inner plate will be ordered in a few days.
About the rest of the payment, currently Yen is very cheap, so if possible, let me pay when good time comes.
