信じられませんが、中古品のように傷だらけのものが届きました。
品質、デザイン共に信頼できるブランドだと思っていましたが大変残念です。
交換を希望します。
出来るだけ早い配送方法で、"完全な新品"を送って下さい。

I doubted my eyes when I received such a badly scarred product - just as if it was used.
I am really disappointed because I thought this brand was reliable, both in quality and design.
I strongly request to have it exchanged.
