まだ商品が到着していないとのことでお待たせしてしまい大変申し訳ありません。
下記の日本郵便のサイトで確認したところ、シカゴの通関手続きに10日ほどかかって本日（11/11）やっと国際交換局から発送されたようです。
お届け日がいつ頃になるか、最寄りの郵便局にトラッキング番号を伝えてお聞きいただけないでしょうか？
詳しくわかると思います。
お手数をおかけしますがよろしくお願いいたします。

I checked on the Japanese mail service website below, customs in Chicago took around 10 days and today (November 11) they have finally left the International Exchange Office.
About the delivery date, could you please ask the nearest post office showing them the tracking number?
They must know the details.
