まだ商品が到着していないとのことでお待たせしてしまい大変申し訳ありません。
下記の日本郵便のサイトで確認したところ、シカゴの通関手続きに10日ほどかかって本日（11/11）やっと国際交換局から発送されたようです。
お届け日がいつ頃になるか、最寄りの郵便局にトラッキング番号を伝えてお聞きいただけないでしょうか？

I've check on the website of Japan post office, according to that, it took about 10 days at customs clearance in Chicago and it is shipped from outward office of exchange today at last.
Could you tell the nearest post office the tracking number and confirm when that will be delivery? You will see the date.
I am sorry to trouble you, but I would really appreciate it if you could confirm.
