まだ商品が到着していないとのことでお待たせしてしまい大変申し訳ありません。
下記の日本郵便のサイトで確認したところ、シカゴの通関手続きに10日ほどかかって本日（11/11）やっと国際交換局から発送されたようです。
お届け日がいつ頃になるか、最寄りの郵便局にトラッキング番号を伝えてお聞きいただけないでしょうか？

I have checked the status of your parcel on the following Japan Post website, it took 10 days to pass customs, and finally today (11/11), it was dispatched outward office of exchange.
Could you ask your nearest post office the tracking number of it to know the date of arrival?
