180 days DLCとはどういう仕組みですか？ダンプをフィリピンに持っていくには先に売主に支払いをしないといけません。スタンバイLCは買主が担当の銀行への支払期限を６ヶ月に設定し、売主の銀行へはあなたの銀行から先に支払いがされるという仕組みではないですか？売主へはどのタイミングで支払われるか教えてください。
それと売主にいくらで購入するかを伝えなくてはいけません。
どの車種が欲しいかは理解しています。

Isn't Stand-by LC a system which sets the period of a buyer's due date of the payment to the bank in charge for six month, and the fund is paid from your bank to the seller's bank? Please clarify in which timing the payment is paid to the seller. Also, I need to let the seller know how much I would buy it for.
