My camera mechanic is now examining the Rolleicord, I asked in my previous email if the packing was damaged could you please provide this information.

You state the cost of returning was GBP 23 at this cost it was surely tracked, yet it was left outside my premises without a signiture and could have been stolen!

Please provide the tracking information as I feel a claim should be made for the postage cost from the postal service.

Should this claim not be sucessful I am of course happy to make the return postage refund myself.

返品にかかる費用は23ポンドとのことですが、こちらの値段ですと確実に追跡番号が付いているはずです。にも関わらず、署名することもなく荷物は私の家の外に置かれていました。盗まれていたかもしれませんよね！

追跡番号をお知らせください。郵便局より送料に関する苦情をあげるべきと考えています。

本苦情案件が却下との結果でしたら、私自身の負担にて貴方宛喜んで返金いたします。
