契約書のナンバー（02/ID-AL）、金額（30%）、数量、送金先（銀行口座）が記載されていれば問題ありません。
カートンボックスのデザインですが、最終のデザインと違っています。
プロダクトナンバーが抜けています。添付のファイルを確認してください。
