数年前からこのアカウントで出品出来なくなりました。
その後放置してましたが、改めてebayでの出品をしたいと考えております。
出品、出来るようご対応よろしくお願い申し上げます。
現在、下記の文章をebayから頂だいております。商品を出品が出来ません。
どうしたら良いでしょうか？

I haven't even touched this account till now but, I'm wanting to start business here again.
Would you please help me solve this so I can start selling again.
