受けたクレームについては、本社の判断に従うつもりですが、売り上げが伸びているので、ある程度のクレームは受け入れていくつもりかもしれません。
それがどの程度なのかは、まだ検討中のようです。

About the claim we received, I intend to obey the judgement of the head office, but since the sales are increasing, perhaps they intend to start accepting a certain amount of claims.
