4.The Buyer will supply food additives for the Seller to produce the product for the Buyer. The Seller is not allowed to use these food additives to produce the product for any other Buyer.
5.Product quality guarantee, shipment, fees liquidation will be managed by the responsibility of the Seller
6.The product should not melt upon arriving Japan.
7.If the product didn’t pass Japanese inspection custom and didn’t fulfill the above terms and condition, all transaction will be cancelled, the payment will be sent back buyer 100% and product will be shipped back to the Seller with the Seller’s own responsibility to pay the cargo freight.

４　買主は売主に対し、買主に納める製品を製造するための添加物を提供する。売主は提供を受けた添加物を他の買主に納入する製品を製造するために使用してはならない。
５　製品の品質保障、配送、清算費用は売主の責任とする。
６　日本到着前に製品が溶解してはならない。
７　製品が日本の税関検査を通過しなかった場合及び上記諸条件を満たさなかった場合、すべての取引は解除され、買主が支払った金額を全額しなければならず、売主の自己負担で売主に製品が送り返される。
