女性の共感力を活かしてほしい　日本女性へのメッセージ

子供のころから日本文化に触れて育ち、日本をたびたび訪れているのでいつか移住したいと思うくらいです。私は仕事とプライベートのバランスが大事だと思います。日本で女性が働くことは大変だと思います。しかし、自分をいたわることはとても大切です。他者との心理的な境界線を決めて、自分の人生を楽しんでください。そして、仕事ではベストを尽くしてほしい。

However excellent the doctors and nurses are, if they treated their patients harshly, they couldn't be called "doctor" and "nurse".

This is the message for Japanese women who expected to make the most of their ability to sympathize.

I would like to move to Japan, because I have grown up in Japanese culture and visited Japan times and times.
I believe it is important to keep balance between the working and the private life.
I think even though the women who work in Japan experience hardship, considerating their own self is very important.

Please enjoy your life through diciding the emotional boundary between others. And please try your best in your working.
