追跡番号から調べたところ、私が契約している発送代行会社へ5日前に届いているようです。どういうわけか、発送代行会社から私への連絡がなかったため、商品が返送となっていることに気付かず申し訳ありません。明日、発送代行会社へ商品はどこに保管されているのか問い合わせます。発送会社からの返事が来次第、あなたのsecond adress へ発送いたしますのでご安心ください。二度目の発送費用もいただきません。なお、また商品が届かなかったら困るので、連絡のとれる電話番号を教えてほしいです。

As I investigated it through the tracking number, it was delivered to the shipping agent company 5 days ago. For some reason, the company didn't contact me, so I didn't notice that the item was returned. I apologize for that.
I will inquire the company to ask where the item has been kept.
I will ship it to ypur second address as soon as they gets back to me, so please be assured.
I won't ask for the second shipping fee either.
