商品が購入後５週間過ぎても到着しませんので、どうなっているかを教えて欲しいとメールをいたしました。ebay経由でのメールの通り、時間がかかることは承知してます。しかし、購入後、まもなくで４5日になります。非常に安い商品でしたので返事をするのが面倒臭いのはわかりますが、何の連絡もよこさないという姿勢は遺憾です。私は状況の確認がしたかっただけのですが、返事がなければどうにもなりませんので、クレーム処置をいたしました。

Since the product had not arrived five weeks after purchase, I sent an inquiry email. I understand that it takes time for the email to be sent through ebay. However, it has been 45 days since purchase. I understand that it is troublesome to respond to questions about such a cheap product, but it is regrettable that you have not responded at all.
