商品が購入後５週間過ぎても到着しませんので、どうなっているかを教えて欲しいとメールをいたしました。ebay経由でのメールの通り、時間がかかることは承知してます。しかし、購入後、まもなくで４5日になります。非常に安い商品でしたので返事をするのが面倒臭いのはわかりますが、何の連絡もよこさないという姿勢は遺憾です。私は状況の確認がしたかっただけのですが、返事がなければどうにもなりませんので、クレーム処置をいたしました。

I email you to tell you I had not received the item five weeks after the order and to ask you the status. I know it is taking long as the mail by eBay. However, it will be 45 days since the purchase. I know the item was cheap so you feel like a burden to answer, but no reply is not acceptable. I just wanted to know the status, but you did not answer which left me no choice: I filed a claim.
