・内部統制を踏まえた業務プロセスや、ERPシステムを使った業務設計について、新興国ではまだビジネス現場に浸透している状況ではない。一方で、会社として投資した資金の適正な運用を確保するため、確りと投資先のガバナンスを効かせていくためには、こうした業務設計やITの活用を推進していくことが必要。

・アジアパシフィック地域の現地法人・事務所、ならびに関係会社は小規模な組織が多いにも係わらず、それぞれがPCの選定や基盤導入等、同じことをばらばらにやっている状況。
