私は2週間前に下記のメッセージをチームから受け取った
しかし私はまだ回答を貰っていない
これはASIN○○に関してのメッセージですか？
私は9月初めにこの商品が偽物であると疑われその後問屋の領収書などを提出したのにまだ販売出来ずにいる
これは顧客の勘違いによる申し出だと思います
勘違いで私のアカウントに悪い影響が出るのは理解が出来ないし今後アマゾンで販売していく上でこれは大きな懸念となっている
100%本物なのに何故この商品を販売出来ないのか詳しく教えて欲しい

I received following message from team two weeks ago.
I don't get an answer yet, however.
Is this message about ASIN〇〇　?
I can't still sell this product instead of submitting the receipt from wholesaler
since early September when this product is suspected to be the fake.
I believe that this happens because of a misunderstanding of customer.
I can't accept bad efficient from that reason and this is a big worry for selling product on amazon in future.
I want the reason why I can't sell this product even though this is perfectly real.
