今回は商品に不備があるとの事で大変申し訳ありません。

画像拝見いたしました。こちらの商品は外部に委託し保管しておりましたため最終確認が出来ませんでした。いつカビが発生したのかは定かではありませんが誠意のある対応をしたいと思います。

そちらの方でカビの除去が出来るのであれば清掃代をご提示下さい。その分返金させていただきます。返品希望の場合もご連絡ください。

I am very sorry that the product is defective this time.

I saw the image of it. I was unable to inspect it before shipping because we outsource storing this product.
It is hard to say when it got moldy, but I will handle this matter with sincerity.

If you can get rid of mold, then please show me a clean-up fee. I will reimburse it. Also, if you like to return the product, please let me know.
I will take care of it.
