これまでにも企業団体、スポーツクラブのチームビルディングやリーダーシップ、マネージメントなどのプログラムを提供してきた実績に、各人事担当者や総務担当者からも高い評価もいただいていることや、多くのお問い合わせがあることを総合的に考えると、自然の中で行う体験型人材研修が企業などにも受け入れられはじめている昨今、山梨県の豊かな自然資源を最大限に活用した「企業研修」の展開は、教育活動と発地型の観光とを合わせ持つ新たなる「観光振興」として非常に有効であると確信しております。

We have received accolades from human resources and general affairs personnel for our strong track-record of providing team-building, leadership, and management programs to companies and sports teams. Companies are just starting to adopt our hands-on, nature-based human resources seminars as corporate training programs that take full advantage of the abundant natural resources of Yamanashi Prefecture. When we collectively think about the multitude of inquiries we have received, we are convinced that this is a truly effective way to combine educational activities with locally-based tourism and create a new style of tourism promotion.
